About
Life1 Fitness Nyugati is a modern fitness club in the 6th district, located at Nyugati tér 1-2 (2nd-3rd floors), on the 2nd level of Skála Metro. Operating on approximately 2000 m² of space, it features a Life Fitness equipment park (approximately 50 strength machines, 40 cardio machines) and a free weights zone, as well as 4 group fitness studios. Members can choose from more than 25 class types: body & mind, spinning/ICG, functional and conditioning classes. Personal training, Finnish sauna, a terrace overlooking Nyugati tér, as well as a café and reception are available. The club opened in 2010, and the Life1 Fitness network has since expanded to 6 locations. Easily accessible by metro line 3, trams 4 and 6, and by train.
