About
The Magyar Xing Yi Quan Iskola provides traditional kung fu instruction at the Jáde Sárkány Mozgásközpont (Budapest, VI. district, Szinyei Merse u. 11.). The school launches adult beginner groups in September with 2-3 training sessions per week. The instruction consists of two semesters: in the first semester, physical conditioning and kung fu fundamentals; in the second semester, technical transmission of the Xing Yi Quan Five Elements system. Training sessions are supplemented with Qigong practice for health maintenance and development. The school also offers armed and self-defense training. The school operates within a closed community framework.
