About
UNIQUE pilates studio is the only reformer (machine) pilates studio in District II, located at the foot of Hármashatár-hegy, in a cozy and harmonious environment. It offers group classes (max. 5-6 people) and private sessions from age 14. Training programs are built on pilates fundamentals, complemented by TRX, resistance bands, weights, and Bosu ball. Private parking is available in front of the studio. Professionally trained instructors lead the classes, which focus on the balance of prevention, body shaping, and rehabilitation.
