About
TOGKF Hungary is a traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate school. Training is based on the teachings of Miyagi Chojun, supplemented with modern sports science methods. Instructors speak at least three languages (Hungarian, German, English). The training system structure includes: Junbi Undo (warm-up), Kihon (fundamentals), Kata, Bunkai (applications), Kumite (sparring), and Hojo Undo (conditioning exercises). Karate is viewed not as a sport, but as a way of life, with emphasis placed on the development of character, mind, and body. Classes are available from age 10.
