About
Tactical Self-Defense – modern, effective self-defense training with Canadian military roots. Based on the Defendo system, which originated with the First Special Service Force commando unit during World War II and was later modernized by William H. Wolfe. Not a martial art, not a combat sport, but self-defense training for real-world situations. The instruction focuses on developing stamina, tactical preparedness, and mental strength. Training sessions on Thursdays from 18:00–19:30 at ELTE Sportközpont (XI. district, Mérnök u. 35.). Instructors: Zseli Dávid (head instructor, trained by Bill Wolfe) and Benkő Árpád (also trained by Bill Wolfe). Instruction in Hungarian and English.
