For Me Pilates & Flow is a pilates and yoga studio located in the heart of District XIII. Classes on Merrithew® Reformer equipment for beginners and advanced practitioners, as well as mat-based pilates and yoga classes. Maximum groups of six with personalized instruction. The studio, led by founder Banovics Szilvia and professional director Csörgő Adrienn (with 25 years of sports experience), focuses on the harmony of body, soul, and mind.
