In our family-friendly studio, we welcome adults and children with a variety of movement forms (yoga, children's yoga, pilates, body-shaping classes, spine training, spine-strengthening classes, body-art, RTM training) and services (refreshing, energizing treatments - Access Bars, Access Body® – Body Treatments, Metamorf massage, refreshing foot massage). Our goal is to provide our visitors with the opportunity to maintain and restore their physical and mental health. Experienced and trained professionals assist our clients in this.
