Shape and Soul Budapest

About

Our fitness facility is located on top of Buda in a beautiful panoramic setting, in a garden district area. We consider it our mission to help our guests achieve their fitness and lifestyle change goals. Our visitors can choose from numerous options to incorporate movement into their daily routine. They can enjoy the beneficial effects of our InfraslimX equipment, strengthen themselves in our small group classes, and recharge during yoga sessions. Personal time is guaranteed here. Our group classes are small in size, so our instructors' attention is maximized. Our facility is tastefully designed, has a family-friendly atmosphere, and is child-friendly. Since movement is children's element, we also considered them when planning our class schedule. They have the opportunity to do yoga and dance classes. Various fat-burning beverages of different flavors are available in our facility.
