About
The Marczibányi Téri Művelődési Központ began its operations in 1972. The institution is currently part of KULT2, a publicly beneficial nonprofit company owned by the Budapest Municipality of District II, and jointly serves the cultural needs of the district's residents together with the Klebelsberg Kultúrkúria, the Berczik Sára Budai Táncklub, and the Vízivárosi Galéria. The main objective of our institutions is to create welcoming community spaces through our events, in the spirit of contemporary artistic expectations and taking into account the needs of the district. With our cultural programs, we strive to cater to guests of all ages and interests.
