About
Ippon Kyokushin Karate Sport Egyesület was founded in 2014 and operates in District IX. It teaches Kyokushin karate – a full-contact martial art originating from Japan. Separate groups are available for children under 10 years old, adolescents aged 10–14, and adults. Training starts from age 5, and the adult group also includes participants over 40 years old. Among the founders are national team competitors, Hungarian champions, and internationally successful competitors. The instructors hold 1–4th dan belt ranks, and many have achieved podium finishes at international competitions.
