INVERZ Aerial Yoga & more Studio was founded in 2021 and specializes in Aerial Yoga classes and holistic treatments. It operates at two locations: the studio on Ugocsa street in District 12 (26 m² yoga room, max 7-8 people) and the renovated studio on Hunyadi János street in District 1 (50 m² yoga room, max 20 people). Their offerings include 9 types of Aerial Yoga classes, Pilates, spinal yoga, hatha yoga, as well as massage, sound bowl, energy work, and regeneration treatments. Classes are bilingual (English-Hungarian) and advance booking is required. The team consists of 7 instructors and several specialists in energy work treatments.
