About
Holiday Fitness gym operated in the Újpest Children and Youth Center for 22 years, then moved in the summer of 2012 to the Király utca 9. service building. It is equipped with the latest and most modern machines, which allow for targeted development of muscle groups. Its cardio equipment enables increased endurance and weight loss in pleasant conditions. Our specialist trainer, István Vajas, ensures proper use of the equipment and creates training plans. The gym welcomes young people, seniors, women and men alike.
