About
Császár–Komjádi Sportuszoda is the National Swimming and Water Polo Olympic Centre, which opened as a public bath in 1806. The current complex operates 5 pools: a 25×50 m competition pool (outdoor), a 21×50 m competition pool (indoor), a 16×25 m swimming pool, and two training pools. The Komjádi pool opened in 1976 and is home to the Vasas water polo team. Its retractable roof structure is a distinctive feature. The facility hosts 300–400 events annually, with a seating capacity of 1,606. Sauna, restaurant and buffet are also available.
