Budapest Pilates is a modern pilates studio where we help develop body awareness through professional classes, improve movement quality, and relieve everyday tension. Our teaching is centered on precision, control, and personalized progress, whether for beginners or advanced practitioners. What makes our studio unique is that we not only offer classes, but have also made the official APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) instructor training available in Hungary. This London-based institute has been operating for over 20 years and now trains pilates instructors in more than 20 countries worldwide. The APPI program was developed by physiotherapists and pilates professionals, so our training is based on modern anatomical and rehabilitation principles.
