A yoga studio located in the heart of Astoria, welcoming practitioners with 17+ instructors and 40+ hours of classes per week. The offering includes Iyengar yoga, Yin yoga, Hatha yoga, Spine yoga, Pilates, Sound bath, Baby classes, Prenatal yoga, and Women's yoga. Classes are available from beginner to advanced levels, in both dynamic and relaxing forms. The studio has been operating for 15 years and offers personal training, group classes, as well as online interactive yoga classes. The first class can be given as a gift.
