About
Tahiti Tánciskola teaches the energetic dances of the Polynesian islands in Budapest and Szeged. Classes are built around two main forms: otea, a dynamic and intense drum solo, and aparima, slow and graceful movements. Courses start twice a year in September and February. Its specialty is practice accompanied by a live tribal drum band (Manahiti drum band). They offer group classes, online courses, private lessons (style lessons), and workshops. The community focuses on women, working on strength and femininity in a supportive female environment.
