Zen Bu Kan Kempo – a modern martial arts style that focuses on striking, ground fighting, self-defense, forms practice, and breaking techniques. The gym offers Kempo (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Aikido training for children and adults. Among the instructors are Kárászy Balázs (world champion full-contact competitor, three-time Hungarian champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), Molnár György, Rékai Gábor, and Tóth Ákos. Zen Bu Kan Kempo emphasizes mental and spiritual development, as well as the education of children in a safe environment.
