About
Jóga Tan Ma Szellemi Iskola has been operating in Budapest for over 20 years. It provides traditional hatha yoga instruction within a spiritual school system, with groups organized by year levels (1st–10th year). Classes are 2 hours long and include both theoretical and practical elements. The school teaches 50 asanas, the chakra system, pranayama and meditation techniques, as well as Buddhist and Vedic spirituality. It offers classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays at multiple locations (XIII., II., IX., III. districts). The first session is free.
