About

I know it's very difficult to find a trainer who doesn't just talk on the phone but actually pays attention, and who even understands what they're doing. There can be two reasons for this: either they don't understand how to teach, or because most of them simply get bored with their clients. I've been spending 3 days a week learning since 2015 to be at the top in every aspect. My clients say they can't do anything in the gym that I don't notice. I'm Gergely Kaposvári, a sports instructor who works not just with athletes. My goal is for my clients to achieve excellent well-being, a strong and capable body - to bring out of them what they didn't even believe they were capable of.
