About
Fremora Boxing – professional boxing training in private and small group formats. The coach, Rosta Roland Dávid, has been involved in the sport since 2003, with competitive experience and more than two decades of coaching background. The training is built on the Fremora System, which develops athletes in four dimensions: technical precision and biomechanics, tactical intelligence, sport-specific conditioning, and cognitive performance and mental focus. The sessions emphasize biomechanical precision, stable footwork, and effective defense. Private training (1:1) and small group workshops (2–4 people) are available for both beginners and advanced athletes. The methodology is based on principles of motor learning, technical consolidation, and long-term sustainability.
