Carlson Gracie Velha Guarda Team – Brazilian jiu-jitsu instruction within the federation founded by Carlson Gracie Sr. Our head instructor is Sztraka Mihály, founder of BJJ instruction in Hungary. Black belt instructor Jambrik Bence leads the training sessions. The team has been operating since 2016, based on authentic Brazilian connections and a coaching staff selected through a rigorous selection process. BJJ GI and No-GI training for beginners and advanced practitioners, all age groups, including women. Continuous membership enrollment.
