About
Buday Taekwon-do Team is the descendant of the first domestic Taekwon-do club founded in 1977 (Central Training Hall). It was established in 1995 and is led by Poós Péter, VII. Dan master. The club has trained more than 30 black belt masters and is proud of its domestic and international competition results. Taekwon-do instruction emphasizes mental and spiritual development beyond physical techniques: basic exercises, form exercises, formal and free sparring, breaking techniques, and self-defense. The teaching team consists of experienced masters who pass on their knowledge after achieving black belt.
