What's in a park
A typical street workout park has pull-up bars, parallel bars, dip stations, wall bars, sometimes rings and monkey bars. More modern outdoor fitness parks also have adjustable-resistance machines. All of it is free, with no opening-hours restriction.
Getting started
Bodyweight training needs nothing but comfortable clothing; a resistance band can help beginners with pull-ups. The community is supportive, many parks have a regular training crew, and several run free group sessions.
Where they are
Most parks are in the residential-block districts, along the Danube, and in the big green spaces (Margaret Island, Népliget, City Park, Kopaszi Dam). The map lets you filter for the closest one.
